Description

Hydraulic relief valve block is usually made of high-strength metal, and the internal precision machining of the oil channel connecting the various components. The core component is the relief valve, which is commonly direct-acting and pilot-operated, responsible for opening or closing the relief channel according to pressure changes.

When the system pressure does not reach the set value, the relief valve is closed and the oil flows to the actuator; once the pressure is too high, the relief valve opens and part of the oil flows back to the tank, thereby maintaining the system pressure stable.

Working Principle

Hydraulic relief valve block uses the principle of pressure reduction when oil passes through the gap to keep the outlet oil pressure stable and low.
The pilot pressure reducing valve consists of a pilot valve and a main valve. The pressure flows out from the oil inlet of the main valve and then flows out from the oil outlet.
When the outlet pressure is higher than the set pressure of the pilot valve spring, the pilot valve opens, the main valve core rises, the X opening is the smallest, the outlet pressure drops, and the pressure is reduced.
The hydraulic balance valve block can set the pressure ratio to 1.5:1, 3:1, or 4.5:1.
