Working Principle: It utilizes air pressure to drive the cylinder piston, generating thrust that propels the hydraulic oil. This oil pressure transmission subsequently pushes the lead screw or alternative transmission component of the vise, achieving the clamping and releasing actions of the clamp mouth.
The clamping force of the hydraulic vise can be freely adjusted between 0-6000kg. Clamping copper and aluminum products is effortless, as the switch speed is just one second.
The clamping distance can reach 5mm, and it can be connected to the CNC system signal to control the clamping and loosening of the hydraulic vise, thereby enabling automatic operation of the vise.
The hydraulic vise adopts a hemispherical pull-down design. When clamping the workpiece, the movable block of the vise will generate a downward pulling force, preventing the workpiece from upwarping.
* It is advisable to use hydraulic vise in conjunction with an oil-water separator.
