Description

Material: Constructed from premium alloy steel undergoing carburization, achieving a flat hardness of HRC58-62.

Structure design:

  • The jaws are usually designed with cross-shaped V-grooves, which can better fit the workpiece, increase friction and clamping stability, and prevent the workpiece from sliding during the processing.
  • Screw rods are generally hardened and thickened, and then turned to ensure smooth rotation and durability, and can provide sufficient clamping forced.
  • Guide rail, its surface precisely ground, ensures smooth movement of the jaws, guaranteeing the accuracy and repeatability of the clamping.
